My wife and I moved into our new Ashby custom built home in Highland Estates a couple of months ago. They promptly answered any questions we had and gave us timely updates during the entire construction process, from foundation and framing to the final finish of the home. It was (almost) a stress-free process. Now that we are moved into our new house, we could not be happier!

I would highly recommend Ashby Signature Homes. We were looking to build our dream house on acreage in the country. After 40 years of marriage and 7 homes, we had a clear idea of what we wanted, but were unsure of how to proceed. I called Norm, he met us at the property and really made the custom-building process easy. He guided us and found a way to incorporate all of our wants and needs. Christian supervised construction and they had the house up and finished in under 6 months.

They say building a house is stressful – that was not our experience with Norm and the team. The interior design consulting was invaluable and the result stunning. Norm builds a great house, for a fair price and truly works to meet and exceed expectations.
